The Heart is the first Karta accessed in the game, being Alex's starting Karta. Alex trades it away to Jocasta in the Mind Dungeon to receive his first karta key. This action also spawns in all of the other "gifts" in the Mind Dungeon, allowing him to access more Karta.

- The Heart is one of the only Kartas without a border.
- While stats are defined for up to level 4, it is impossible to level up the heart.
