Easton University is where Chondra took her undergrad. Alex states that his sister Allison went here, but the details in his story don't make much sense. Alex says that she went to the All Girls dorms, but Chondra corrects him saying there only all girls rooms.

The group heads here in Chapter 4 to investigate a possible van appearance. However, the van was simply a lookalike and belonged to a school security guard.

The quest CASSETTE MADE BY Elevator girl has Alex meet up with superbpudding at Easton University, where must first give a Geiger Counter (found at Wind Town) in exchange for a Cassette tape allegedly belonging to Sammy.

Another sidequest can also be completed here. The brother of the Boombox Specter resides her, and you are able to give Liana's tape to him instead of Shane G. Irving for save-keeping.
