Old Frankton is the original version of Frankton. It was likely replaced around 2016-2017^{[Citation Needed]}. Old Frankton is far more of a sprawling city than its modern counterpart. It features a grocery store, an arcade, a park, a cul-de-sac and long sidewalks with shops right nearby. A set of three bikers can zip past Alex as he walks towards his home.

Old Frankton is primarily featured in a secret ending, where Alex, after somehow time travelling to the past, follows The Essentia 2000 and Wilfrid through the city of Old Frankton before entering The Throne Room and killing them, seemingly once and for all.
