Allison is Alex's older sister, as much as he likes to avoid the topic. They seem to have had some sort of falling out, given Alex's reluctance to acknowledge her existence. Very little is known about her, and in versions prior to I.V, the most direct mention of her is a conversation at Easton University.

Story

At Easton University, Alex will tell Chondra about how his sister went there in the all girls dorms. However, Chondra is confused by the statement, as she states that all girl's dorm doesn't exist at the university. Alex will also mention Allison if the player chooses to discuss Chondra's brother with her, saying that "She's a lot like you. Easy to talk to, funny, a bit mean. She's smart like you, too. Very philosophical." He also states that he can't remember where she is. Alex mentions before the onset of Y2K that he's starting to love "even his sister", implying they have a rocky relationship usually. He later talks about memories of them spending time with each other during childhood summers. it's mentioned they used to play video games together.

Mohawk Guy from Frankton describes her as being really popular around the town. He also has an obvious crush on her. As the story progresses, he goes from questioning why people don't seem to remember her, to then not being able to remember her, referring to Alex as an only child.

Avril isn't Allison's biological mother, making her Alex's half sister. Avril dislikes her for this, viewing her as a bastard child and an albatross. Anthony seems to have liked her more, calling her pet names and telling Avril to be kinder toward her. Allison doesn't seem to have viewed him too highly however, as William is based in part on her memories of him, as quoted by Andrew Allanson: "Allison sees him as a loser who has no one show up for his birthday party." The identity of Allison's biological mother is unknown.

Allison was close with Michael, them having been in a romantic relationship. Michael talks about her in Weird game a QT’s brother made , them being close friends and not yet dating at the time despite Michael being interested. It did eventually become mutual. Michael is shown with Nameless Child playing the role of Allison, telling her he loves her and kissing her. Nameless Child playing the role of Allison calls him "cute" and "sweet ' for this. Allison seems to have enjoyed posing for pictures Michael took of her. Michael talks in his Diaries about how he came back for Allison 5 years after moving away. Michael says Alex showed her ONISM which prevented her from coming with him, but she still snuggled up to him to take a picture, showing she was still fond of him. Michael is stated to have bid away Alex's memories of Allison, explaining why he rarely speaks of her and gets details wrong when he does. Alex is said to have already avoided her as a topic prior to this however.

What happened to Allison is unclear. She isn't anywhere that can be contacted during the course of the game. Avril mentions having spent her college fund and Alex talks about her going to Easton University, but we don't have concrete proof if she actually did attend. Michael made ONISM1999 to search for her, implying something happened to her.

Trivia

• According to Alex, she attended Easton University at an all-girls dorm. This cutscene is also the only time she's referred to as "Alison."
  • According to Chondra, Easton University doesn't have an all-girls dorm, bringing the statement's legitimacy into question.
• In an ONISM1999 post , Alex mentions how he and Allison fought over ownership of a stuffed penguin named Penguini when they were younger.
