Deviation Perspective I[edit | edit source]
On the second day of shooting Kisage X's Wrong Soul Requiem, John Keebler, playing the Golden Alpaca, slams a cardboard iron maiden shut on Asuka for a scene. Kisage X stops the scene to do another take, but when they open the iron maiden, Asuka isn't there, never to be seen again.
