Threatening Fan is a boss encountered at the end of Vella's Mind Dungeon in the I.V update. He bears a strong resemblance to Wilfrid but is distinguished by his ginger hair and severe acne.
Dressed in a hospital gown and carrying an intravenous drip filled with blood, he appears surprisingly energetic despite his unsettling appearance. He is first seen harassing the Chance Traveler, demanding an autograph on his Mystical Ultima LP Legend. However, his obsession quickly shifts to Vella, whom he claims to be his biggest fan of. When Michael questions how he managed to enter the Mind Dungeon, Threatening Fan casually reveals that he "just followed the walkthrough" he found online.
