The Self is stated to be a meme at the outset of all, just like the Sun. It is understood to rest in a role of Observer in the trinity. The Critic is the meme in opposition to it.
It is represented with a Karta that depicts a reflective hand mirror, with a background split diagonally between shades of purple. It seems to focus on the LIF stat.
