The All is a symbol in YIIK I.V and Y2K II. It contains codes in hexadecimal format, with dots between each byte, making it represent an IP address. In Y2K II, The Aprocypha of ONI-SIM I describes The All as containing the memes of every being that lived. Handsome Krow falls from The All after being dragged into the blackened pond, perhaps showing a connection between the two concepts.
