Shitty OC, but more accurately known as Evil the Mousehog, is a fictional character created by Rory Mancer. While not directly stated what its an OC (original character) of, it bares a striking resemblance to Sonic the Hedgehog, both in design, and phrases. In Y2K II, Rory vaguely describes the first "arc" Evil goes through, involving him getting a job but going through a lot of cartoonish shenanigans because of him being a mousehog. It is also implied that when Rory committed suicide, he didn't leave a note, instead only leaving behind sketches of the character, joking that his mom would "...finally get around to reading it."
They can be found in the Sewers, alongside the Crocodile, and is one of the fastest enemies in the game.
A golden Shitty OC can be found in a Monster Den, serving as a miniboss. Just like how the regular Shitty OC is representative of Sonic, this one looks like his Super Sonic form.
