Alex of Pretense is one of the four minibosses Alex must face in the Proto-Star. He is representative of Alex's pretentiousness and unoriginality- how he shamelessly takes other people's ideas and makes them his own. This can be seen in how Parallel Alexes "take over" Michael's site ONISM1999, and how many of the concepts Alex expresses are lifted directly from ONISM.

Every two turns, he will "Devastating Blast" (three red line dodge) against whole party. Once done with that, he will do a "Knife Dodge" minigame right after. Otherwise, he will attack with Vine Drop.
